Welcome to AItheaOS (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We respect and protect the privacy of all users. To provide you with more accurate and personalized services, the App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We treat this information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission. By agreeing to the App's Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire content of this Privacy Policy.
To provide you with better services, we collect the following types of information:
When you register or log in to the App (via Apple ID or Google Account), we collect your basic account information, including but not limited to:
- Email address
- Username/Nickname
- User ID
- Login IP Address (Collected only during registration/login): Strictly for account security and abnormal login detection; not used for other tracking purposes.
This information is used to identify you, synchronize your data, and provide you with personalized psychological analysis services.
We automatically collect information about your device, including:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- App installation version
- App-generated unique device identifier (non-hardware IMEI, used for anonymous statistics only)
- App usage data (page visits, dwell time, etc.)
- Personal Trait Data: To generate your in-depth psychological analysis report, we require you to input your birth date and time. This data serves solely as parameters for our psychological models and is stored on our secure servers (Supabase). We utilize automated data processing technologies to provide you with personalized psychological insights.
- Report Data: The various analysis reports you generate (such as personal potential, emotional traits, etc.) will be associated with your account.
To provide specific features, the App may request the following device permissions:
- Photo Library / Storage:
- Purpose: To save your energy analysis report cards to your photo library for social sharing.
- Note: We only access this permission when you tap "Save" or "Share", and we only write images; we do not read other content in your photo library.

- Notifications:
- Purpose: To send you important app updates, subscription status notifications, or daily psychological energy guidance (if enabled).
To implement relevant features, the App integrates the following third-party services, which may collect or be granted access to some of your data:
- Supabase: For backend database storage and user authentication management.
- Firebase / Google Analytics: For analyzing app usage, crash reporting, and user behavior statistics to help us improve product quality.
- RevenueCat: For processing in-app purchases (subscription management). We do not process your credit card or payment account information; all payments are securely processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. RevenueCat records your subscription status.
- Sentry: For real-time monitoring of app errors and crash logs to enable our technical team to quickly fix issues.
Our Commitment: All third-party service providers are strictly screened and bound by confidentiality agreements. They are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than those stated in this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, we will not sell your personal data to any third party.
We will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, in accordance with your personal will or legal requirements in the following circumstances:
- With your prior consent, to third parties;
- To provide the products and services you requested, where sharing your personal information with third parties is necessary;
- In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, or requirements of administrative or judicial bodies, to third parties or administrative/judicial bodies;
- If you violate relevant laws, regulations, or the App's service agreement or related rules, requiring disclosure to third parties.
We use industry-standard security technologies (such as HTTPS encryption) to protect your personal information. Your core data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud database. However, please understand that due to technological limitations in the internet industry, no "perfect security measures" exist.
- Retention: We retain your personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.
- Deletion: You can request to delete your account at any time within the app settings. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your personal identity information and related data from our database, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

This App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age prescribed by relevant jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in this policy, on our company website, and in other places we deem appropriate.
