Welcome to AItheaOS (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). This App is a tool dedicated to psychological energy analysis and self-exploration. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Important Notice:
- Non-Medical Advice: All psychological analysis, character interpretations, and energy guidance provided by AItheaOS are for self-exploration and entertainment purposes only. This App does not provide any form of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing serious psychological distress or mental health issues, please seek help from a professional doctor or licensed counselor.
- Result-Oriented: While we provide personalized insights based on psychological models and algorithms, we do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the analysis results, nor do we promise any specific life outcomes (such as wealth growth, relationship success, etc.). Your life is determined by your actions.
- Account Creation: You need to log in via Apple ID or Google Account to use the full features of this App. You confirm that the information used for registration is true and valid.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your device and account credentials. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately via
support@aitheaos.com.
- Subscription Service: The App offers "Pro" membership subscriptions (including monthly, yearly, or lifetime options) to unlock advanced analysis reports and features.
- Auto-Renewal: Following the subscription mechanisms of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, your subscription will automatically renew and be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not directly access or store your payment account information.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time in your system's "Subscription Management" settings. After cancellation, you will still enjoy membership benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refund policies follow the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; direct refund requests to us are typically not supported.
When using AItheaOS, you agree NOT to engage in the following activities:
- Using the App for any illegal purpose or violating local laws and regulations.
- Attempting to access the App's source code or underlying algorithms via reverse engineering, decompilation, or other means.
- Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading our server networks.
- Disseminating harassment, abuse, hate speech, or pornographic content.
All content of AItheaOS (including but not limited to text, charts, UI design, AI analysis models, and algorithmic logic) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
- Ownership: All intellectual property rights belong to the AItheaOS Team (and its operating entity).
- License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if we have reason to believe that you have violated these Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operating entity of AItheaOS is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting within the App or on the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
